Awesome from cover to cover
I read this book expecting to be entertained, but definitely not to this extent. From the first page of the book to the very last line of the last page I was intrigued. I couldn't stop laughing in the beginning with the references made to the local radio show. I could hardly wait to find out why this group of individuals were really chosen to do this particular marketing project. And without giving too much away, I was on the edge of my seat with the action and the sultry scenes. The thing that made me a true fan of the book was the way the author gave us true literature with his descriptive writings. Particularly the way he described the ocean and the scenery on the beach. I can hardly wait for the sequel, because the only true downfall I had with the book was that it came to an end. |

Kenny spins a captivating tale which grabs the reader in chapter one and holds them throughout the entire book. The reader will easily recognize the highly believable characters as their own co-workers. It included all the ingredients for a good read: envy, lust, revenge and a good dose of drama! Take a journey to "The Beach House" and you'll never look at your co-workers the same!

Using the words of Thomas Hardy, The Beach House by Kenny Blue certainly "strikes the balance between the uncommon and the ordinary" so as, on the one hand, to give interest, while on the other, to slap the reader with a clear and vivid reality check. This novel is a superb easy read. It pulls you in from the appearance of the attractive cover, through the universal problems and feelings of mankind expressed by all of his characters, to vivid imagery, and to a resolution that could and hopefully will lead to another sensational read. Hats off to you Kenny Blue! |
